Pokimono - Floating Mei head

I was gunna make a full body pixel icon but then I got bored and didn't want to do the rest of the body... so I started animating it instead!
Thus this was born!
 
Fyi - this is not a 'free to use icon' plus apparently the size is too big, Ill have to find a way to fix that
